I am an integrative psychologist in a London practice based near London Bridge. Practicing as an integrative psychologist, means my therapy is based on combining all of the major approaches to best suit a person’s needs.

I provide assessments, psychological therapy and counselling to those with a range of difficulties within he Neurodiversity arena - Autism, ADHD, who experience depression, anxiety, work related stress, lifestyle and relationship issues.

For over 20 years I have specialised in providing formal diagnosis for adults and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), including Asperger Syndrome.

I offer Autism and ADHD post-diagnostic support and specialist psychological intervention for Autistic persons and those diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, (ADHD).

I combine aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy, Dialectal Behaviour therapy, psychodynamic therapy, client centred (humanistic) therapy, existential therapy and schema informed therapy.
